Funding

The Shirley Strobel Apartments, a 12-apartment complex on Raynor Street, is being funded by:

  • $470,000 in Durham City affordable
    housing bonds
  • $300,000 loan from the N.C. Housing
    Finance Agency
  • $40,000 in individual donations and foundation grants
  • $100,000 grant from the NC Mental Health Trust Fund
