We Need Your Help

Community support for this project is vitally important because:

• Grant and loan availability is often dependent upon evidence of financial
  viability and of widespread community support.
• Rent can be kept reasonable, if some capital costs are covered by donations.
• Next Step Housing is looking for other properties to develop to serve the housing
  needs of Durham citizens who have serious and persistent mental illness. Start-up costs
  are difficult to fund. Widespread community support will be needed.
